Travel & Setup

Delivery, setup, and next-day collection are included within 20 miles of Yapton, West Sussex. If you’re further afield, a travel fee of £1 per additional mile applies.

We take care of everything – you just provide the space and the guests!

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

How much space do I need for each teepee?

Each teepee needs about 2m x 1m of floor space. Please ensure the room is clear and accessible before setup.

What ages are your sleepovers suitable for?

Our sleepovers are suitable for anyone aged 5 and up – there’s no upper age limit! If you have a special request, please contact us to discuss.

How long is the hire period?

Standard hire is for one night. Setup is usually in the afternoon, and collection is the following morning.

Do you provide pillows?

For hygiene reasons, we do not supply pillows. Please provide your own.

Is bedding washed between hires?

Absolutely! All bedding and trays are freshly washed and sanitised for each booking.

Can I book for more than 6 children?

We can sometimes accommodate larger groups – please contact us to check availability.

Can I customise the theme?

We offer two beautiful starter themes. If you have a special request, let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

Are the teepees safe?

Yes, our equipment is designed for children and checked before every hire. Adult supervision is required at all times.

What if something gets damaged?

A £40 refundable damage deposit is taken per booking. Deductions are only made for significant damage or missing items.

How do I book?

Use our online enquiry form, email, or contact us on social. We’ll confirm availability and send you a booking link and invoice.

Terms & Conditions


  • A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your party.

  • A refundable damage deposit of £40 is required per booking. This will be returned within 48 hours of collection, provided there is no significant damage or missing items.

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before the party can be moved to a new date (subject to availability). Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the booking deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit the full balance.

  • Delivery, setup, and next-day collection are included within 20 miles of Yapton. Travel fees apply beyond this radius.

  • The room must be clear and ready for setup at the agreed time. Please keep pets and young children away during setup and pack-down.

  • All equipment is for indoor use only and remains the property of Craft Corner at all times.

  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  • No smoking, candles, open flames, or naked heat sources near the equipment.

  • Any significant damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

  • We hold public liability insurance for our services.
